Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to the following services:

  • Minimal Logo Package
  • Branding Package
  • Unique Logo Concept Package
  • Complete Brandbook Package

We understand that your logo and branding are crucial to your business, and we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the following:

  • Refund eligibility: A refund will be considered if you are not satisfied with the final product after utilizing the full revision process (up to 2 revisions for the Minimal Logo Package, unlimited revisions for the Unique Logo Concept and Complete Brandbook Packages). If you feel that your design does not align with the agreed-upon concept, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a full refund within 7 days of receiving the final product.
  • Non-refundable services: The following services are non-refundable:
    • Preliminary consultations or research.
    • Any custom design work that has already been started or delivered.
    • Services that have already been finalized and files delivered to the client.
  • Partial Refunds: In the event that you request a refund before the final logo has been delivered, we may issue a partial refund, considering the stage of the design process and any work already completed. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all projects.

2. Revision Process

To ensure you are fully satisfied with the final product, we include a revision process in all our packages:

  • Minimal Logo Package: You are entitled to up to 2 revisions after the initial logo design is provided. We will make necessary adjustments according to your feedback.
  • Branding Package, Unique Logo Concept, and Complete Brandbook: We offer unlimited revisions until you are happy with the final product, as long as the revisions are in line with the original brief and design concept.

If you feel that the delivered logo does not meet your expectations after revisions have been made, we will work to provide a suitable solution. If necessary, we will provide a refund within the policy guidelines above.


3. Returns

Since our services are digital products (logo and branding design), we do not offer physical returns. Once a logo design or branding material has been delivered to you in the final format, the work is considered complete.


4. How to Request a Refund or Revision

To request a refund or revisions, please contact us at info@q-d-marketing.live with the following information:

  • Your order number and the package you purchased.
  • A detailed description of your issue or feedback.
  • Any supporting documents or images related to your request.

We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


5. Additional Notes

  • Delivery and File Formats: Once your logo or branding materials have been finalized and delivered, they are yours to keep and use as you wish. Please note that no refunds or returns will be accepted once the final files have been delivered in the agreed-upon formats.
  • Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to update and modify this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future purchases.
